Goods are delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide, and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. If the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second charge may also be incurred.

Up to £125 (exc. VAT) is £6.95
Over £125 (exc. VAT) is FREE
The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the Checkout and VAT added.
There are occasions when the demand for a certain product outstrips supply, and in these cases delivery may be up to 10 working days. If this problem arises, Clothes4work Limited will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.
Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods you have ordered. In the unlikely event that your products appear to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by using our enquiry form. You must keep the original packaging in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Returned Goods Procedure
To allow Clothes4work Limited to provide an efficient service to our customers we have introduced an authorised Returned Goods Procedure.
As a customer, you may have a reason to request that goods are returned to Clothes4work Limited.
Please contact a member of the Customer Care Team (Returns Department) either by phone, fax or email. This will allow the return to be processed correctly and provide a return reference and point of contact.
The Customer care team will request the following;
Notification of return must be made within 3 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
Clothes4work Limited will either refund or replace any item authorised for return.
The returned goods must be in their original as new condition, unused and in the original packaging. (This includes all labels and swing tickets).
Clothes4work Limited does not accept return carriage charges unless previously agreed before the return of garments, and therefore the customer is responsible for returning the garments. Returned items will be subject to a restocking charge of £5.00 per item.
We do not accept returns of garments Clothes4work Limited has specifically manufactured, embroidered and or printed to a customer’s own requirements.
If, having requested and obtained authorisation to return garments and Clothes4work Limited has agreed to collect and have been unable to collect due to goods not being ready, the charge made by our carriers (currently £10.00 per package), for aborted collections, will be charged to the customer. This is not negotiable.
Returned unworn goods of faulty manufacture will be issued with a credit. If garments have been worn we reserve the right to issue a partial credit taking into account the usage and or age of the garment.
